Harden and Boorowa

Harden and Boorowa Shires are collaborating to run a program featuring sustainability and local food during March 2012.

A key feature of the project is the Forks, Talks and Walks event which will be held on Saturday 3 March at St Clemens near Galong.  The activities of the day will highlight sustainable country living, and will include local farmer’s markets and a range of sustainability stalls, talks and workshops.

In the evening, the event will feature a gala musical performance in the candlelit Boy’s Chapel, followed by a gourmet dinner using local produce prepared by top chefs.

For more information including booking details download the Forks, Talks and Walks flier.

Other activities during the month will focus on promotion of local food being produced in the region.
