Home Review bookings now closed

Sustainability – it’s starting with me at my place.

The Sustaining our Towns FREE Home & Garden Sustainability Review program is now closed as the project nears its close at the end of March 2012.

We have a lot of information and helpful tips about home sustainability on the Resources pages of our website.

We also have ‘do it yourself’ home sustainability kits available for lending at libraries across south eastern NSW. These include a guide to sustainability in the home, and in most cases an energy meter, infrared thermometer and compass.  There are also many books on sustainability available for lending from these regional libraries, as well as a number of home sustainability magazines.

If you are the holder of a Pensioner concession card, Health Care or Veterans Affairs card you may be eligible for assistance under the NSW Government’s Home Power Savings Program. This provides free home energy assessments to eligible households.  To find out if you qualify contact 1300 662 416.

Other than that, we wish you the best of luck finding the right information to meet your needs.
