Our Business Program

The Sustaining Our Towns program can assist your small business to access low-cost government programs to help you save energy, water, waste and money. This service is offered across our Project Region.

How our business program works

We have a trained Business Sustainability Officer who will visit your premises to advise you on the best pathway for your business to save energy, water and money.  This includes undertaking an initial visual assessment of your business to get an idea of energy and water saving opportunities.

This first assessment will also identify whether your business is likely to qualify for a range of State and other Government business rebate and funding programs.  Information about some of these is provided on the Government Business Programs page of our website.

Depending on the outcome of this inital assessment, our Officer will then assist you with information about the relevant programs.  Support is also available to assist you to sign up to these programs.

We understand the pressure that most businesses are under, and seek to fastrack as efficiently as possible to achieving energy, water and financial savings.  All of the programs that we offer will provide your business with a detailed energy or water assessment of your premises, and provide you with a straightforward report that details costed options for improving your business efficiency.
